Living Forward is a spectacular step-by-step book helping design a life with the end in mind by determining the outcomes desired and the path to achieve them. At the start of the book, the authors ask readers to compose their own eulogies, a thought-provoking, yet emotionally daunting task, which highlights the steps they can take to feel more fulfilled.
Here are five tips to help you live a more fulfilled life of contentment:
1. Pursue meaningful relationships and maintain them. Make sure to stay actively connected to the people you love and cherish.
2. Live in the present. Strive to appreciate the moments in every day that make your life wonderful.
3. Take risks. Don’t be afraid to try something new or take a chance.
4. Set goals and take steps to achieve them. Doing this will help you work towards a fulfilled life.
5. Work on self-development. Dedicate time to work on yourself and focus on your mental and physical well-being.
Until next week, Age and Prosper!
